I found a link to where we went to have the reception:

Riverside Pavillion - Port Orange, Florida.

I showed it to Pete and he really likes it so I'm happy :)

Wedding favor ideas:

I was looking at wedding favors and found these at Weddingfavors.com Printed Bud Vase They're a bit expensive at $7 each, but they have a lovely claddaugh design and would go with the garden type theme we are having :)

We also decided that we're going formal and using our actual names Julia and Peter, and probably are middle names too on invitations :) We sound very posh don't we lol.

What we have so far:

Location: Florida

Ceremony: Probably Epiphany Catholic Church - I'm meeting with the Sister in charge of the wedding classes in January I think if not sooner.

Reception: Probably Riverside Pavillion in Port Orange, Florida. It's just the right side and is overlooking the river with both indoor and outdoor sections :)

Dress: I went looking once so far but I probably won't buy anything until next summer at least.

Cake: Pete's mum is going to make it...she wants to make it in the England and bring it over to FL for the wedding as it takes her 3 weeks to do but I don't think that'll work out so we'll have to try to figure something out.

Guest list: We're thinking about 50 at the most.

After the wedding: I'll probably be moving to England after the wedding, which means we'll have to go to NYC to the British Embassy to apply for that - if I'm approved we'll get it the same day. When we get settled, we'll probably have a wedding party for everyone who couldn't make it to FL for the big day.

Honeymoon: NYC for at least a few days :)
